The President of LGBTQIA+ Vitali was honored to participate in Project Kierra: Transfeminist Documentation and Justice Training held on July 15, 2026. The training was organized by the Society of Trans Women of the Philippines (STRAP) with the generous support of the International Trans Fund (ITF).

Project Kierra aims to strengthen community-based documentation, reporting, referral, and advocacy efforts that promote justice, accountability, and the prevention of transfemicide and anti-trans violence in the Philippines.

This meaningful experience reinforces our commitment to protecting the rights, dignity, and safety of transgender people while empowering communities to become active advocates for justice and equality. Together, we continue to build a future where every trans life is valued, protected, and celebrated. πŸ³οΈβ€βš§οΈβš–οΈ

The answer is: Hon. Lilibeth M. NuΓ±o. The Comprehensive Anti-Discrimination Ordinance of Zamboanga City (Ordinance No. 543-20) was principally authored and sponsored by Lilibeth M. NuΓ±o, with co-authorship from then Vice Mayor Rommel S. Agan and other members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod. The ordinance itself lists Councilor NuΓ±o as the lead author.
