Philippine Army to Host Youth Leadership Forum on July 3, 2026
Empowering Youth, Strengthening Communities, Building a Better Nation
The Philippine Army’s Civil-Military Operations Regiment is set to hold the Youth Leadership Forum on July 3, 2026, 8:00 AM at the CMOR Headquarters.
Under the banner Empowering Youth. Strengthening Communities. Building a Better Nation the forum aims to equip young Filipinos with leadership skills and a deeper understanding of nation-building, peace, and civic responsibility. The activity is part of the Army’s broader ARMY 2040 World-Class. Multi-Mission Ready. Cross-Domain Capable vision and aligns with the Army Peace initiatives focused on community engagement.

Honored and grateful to have been part of this meaningful initiative.
Daghan na pud kog na-learn, especially from the best practices shared by Taguig during the lecture of Atty. Aldrin Nexel Sinues, Local Youth Development Officer of Taguig. It reminded me that with the right kind of leadership, so much can be achieved for our communities.
Of course, to our partner since 2018, the 1st Civil-Military Operations “Mahigalaon” Battalion—thank you for always remembering me. You already know that when it comes to youth leadership, peace-building, and community development activities like this, never gyud ko muingon og “No.” I’m truly grateful that despite the years, you still continue to trust and invite me.
And to the Mahigalaon Youth Leaders Core Group, rest assured that I will always be here to serve as your Assistant Adviser/Consultant whenever you need guidance or support. Looking forward to working with all of you in empowering more young leaders and creating meaningful impact in our communities.
The forum seeks to inspire youth to take active roles in their communities by connecting them with leaders in government, the military, and the private sector. Topics will cover values formation, public service, youth programs, and ways young people can contribute to peace and development.
Organizers said the event reflects the Army’s commitment to partner with the youth sector seeing them not just as beneficiaries, but as key partners in building a stronger and more resilient nation.
