The WMSU Youth Entrepreneurs proudly opened their General Assembly with an inspiring gathering of students passionate about leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurial growth. The event was highlighted by the insightful message of Founder Rashid Ahmad Abdul, who shared the organization’s vision and emphasized the value of empowering young entrepreneurs within the university. His words set a strong foundation for the productive and collaborative atmosphere that followed.

Adding depth and inspiration to the program, guest speaker Alyssa Bianca R. Jose delivered an engaging talk that encouraged members to pursue creativity, purpose, and resilience in their entrepreneurial journey. From small business owners to innovators shaping industries, entrepreneurs drive progress, create opportunities, and inspire change in every community. As we honor their hard work and impact, let’s continue to support and champion the entrepreneurial spirit that fuels growth and innovation.

Entrepreneurship Month began in the United States in 2010, when Former President Obama proclaimed November as a time to recognize the impact of entrepreneurs on innovation, economic growth, job opportunities, community and social development.
