Every great leader starts with a willingness to learn, serve, and take action. Last August 9, the 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 marked the beginning of a journey toward purposeful leadership, equipping facilitators with the knowledge, skills, and direction to guide others and turn ideas into meaningful action.

From understanding the essence of Leadership in ACTION to exploring facilitator responsibilities and project planning, our facilitators are now ready to step forward, lead with purpose, and create an impact that goes beyond the room.

Following the 𝟱𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝗝𝗝𝗖 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, the JJC-AdZU NatCon Delegates paid a courtesy call to Fr. Guillrey Anthony "Ernald" M. Andal, SJ, University President, and Fr. Rene C. Tacastacas, SJ, Vice President for Higher Education, bringing home not only awards, but stories, lessons, and memories from a meaningful convention. 🌿🏆

During the visit, the delegates proudly presented their achievements and shared their experiences throughout NatCon, including meaningful connections and inspiring sessions that challenged them to grow as young leaders.

More than the recognition, these experiences reflect the spirit of service, leadership, and collaboration that continues to guide JJC-AdZU. 💙🌟
