A Milestone for Regional Harmony: Launching ZamPen-AIPA! 🕊️💼✨

Yesterday, June 11, marked a historic milestone for labor relations in Region IX as we successfully held our General Assembly at Roderic's Resort in Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay.

We were thrilled to be joined by around 70 passionate HR practitioners and leaders from across the entire Zamboanga Peninsula, all united under one shared vision: Industrial Peace through People-Centric Leadership.

🤝 The Regional Conciliation and Mediation Board (RCMB-IX): Thank you for organizing the Area-wide seminar and generously collaborating with us to include the ZamPen-AIPA launch and General Assembly in the program. Your enduring support is foundational to our mission.

📜 Regional Director Gerie Lampitco: Thank you, RD Lampitco, for personally leading the solemn induction of the pioneer officers of ZamPen-AIPA. Your guidance sets a strong precedent for the strategic partnership we aim to cultivate.

Advancing Industrial Peace and People-Centric Progress

​The Zamboanga Peninsula Association of Industrial Peace Advocates (ZamPen-AIPA) extends its warmest congratulations to Secretary FranciscN. Tolentino on his appointment as the new Secretary of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

​As an organization deeply rooted in the belief that "Industrial Peace is achieved through People-Centric Leadership," we welcome Secretary Tolentino’s leadership at the helm of DOLE. We look forward to a collaborative era of strengthening tripartite relationships, fostering genuine social dialogue, and empowering both management and labor across the nation—principles that mirror our own mission to transform workplaces through functional Labor-Management Committees (LMCs).

The work behind the scenes never stops! 💼

​We had a very productive hybrid meeting yesterday at the RCMB Office, finalizing the roadmap for the upcoming ZamPen-AIPA General Assembly. Whether in-person or online, our officers and the RCMB are working double-time to bring more organizations into the fold of industrial peace advocacy.

​We believe that when management and labor speak the same language of respect and dialogue, everyone wins. Stay tuned for our June 11 launch! 🕊️⚙️
