28 𝐁𝐚𝐠𝐬, 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝 🩸

On July 15, 2025, the Bellarmine-Campion Lobby of Ateneo de Zamboanga University was transformed into a space of compassion and service during a successful bloodletting activity. This meaningful initiative was spearheaded by the AdZU - College Red Cross Youth Council, in collaboration with the AdZU - College of Nursing, in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross - Zamboanga City Chapter, and was sponsored by the Philippine Nurses Association.

Thanks to the generosity of the ADZU community, a total of 28 blood bags were collected—each one a potential lifeline for patients in need. This event highlights the power of unity, service, and the unwavering commitment of the Atenean spirit to care for others.

Last Monday, the Ateneo de Zamboanga University – College Red Cross Youth Council (ADZU-College CRCYC) held its official Evaluation and Planning Meeting presided over by President Anthony Vince Voltaire C. Faustino.

During the session, the council reflected on the achievements and challenges of the past term, evaluating the impact of each initiative and identifying areas for growth. The team also mapped out key activities and strategic goals for the upcoming academic year, focusing on sustained engagement, volunteer empowerment, and service-centered leadership. ❤️‍🩹

With open discussion and shared insights, the meeting served as both a conclusion to a fruitful term and a launchpad for a stronger, more dynamic year ahead. 💪🌟

On February 28, 2025, The AdZU-College Red Cross Youth Council in collaboration with the College of Nursing & James J. Wilson Chapter No. 21, Order of DeMolay, successfully hosted a blood letting drive at the Ateneo de Zamboanga University - Bellarmine-Campion Lobby. ❤️👏

The event successfully gathered a total of 40 blood bags, thanks to the generosity of the donors who participated and contributed to this life-saving cause. Lives were touched and a vital contribution was made to the community. 👍🙌

Together, we give the gift of life! 🎉🌍

The AdZU-CRCYC, in partnership with the College of Nursing, successfully held their second blood donation drive for S.Y. 2024-2025, gathering a total of 31 blood bags from our generous student, faculty, and staff donors on October 14, 2024, at the Bellarmine-Campion Lobby, Ateneo de Zamboanga University.
