𝐁𝐔𝐋𝐋𝐘𝐈𝐍𝐆 inflicts severe impacts to anyone heavily compromising physical, mental and social well-being.

𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐑 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍, this would lead victim to chronic stress, depression and high risk of self-harm.

If you or someone you know is struggling with the effects of bullying, the following tips may help:

✅Say "ꜱᴛᴏᴘ" clearly. Be firm to say " 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐓'𝐒 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐎𝐊𝐀𝐘 " ✋
✅Control your emotion. Bullies exist on getting reactions. Ignore them.😭

The 𝐏𝐘𝐀𝐏-𝐀𝐊𝐎 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐑𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐌𝐄𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐑S joins the Simultaneously 𝗧𝘀𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗶 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 conducted on June 18 organized by the Brgy. Talisayan Council.

The drill aims to equip all the residents on the effective response and to enhance the procedure and system on conducting the proper evacuation in case of Tsunami or Earthquake 🛘🫨

The drill that was collaboratively participated by stakeholders including youth organizations (FIYAD, SS-KK, 4H et al), students, purok leaders and residents was an excellent accomplishment. Additionally, the involvement of government offices and agencies such as BuCor, Coast Guard, BFP and PCA have played critical role in this activity. 🤝

The drill had reminded us:
✅ Know the early warning system
✅ Know the evacuation route
✅ Stay updated through verified sources
✅ Prepare your ready to go emergency kits and belongings

We should always maintain a high level of vigilance and actionable emergency plans in place of natural disasters 🌊 🌎 🫨 🛘
