PROJECT ROAD TO 3E: A RESOUNDING SUCCESS!

What began as a vision to empower the youth has now become a remarkable milestone for Zamboanga City's Out-of-School Youth (OSY).

PROJECT ROAD TO 3E (Education • Employment • Entrepreneurship)
successfully brought together hundreds of young people, government agencies, employers, youth organizations, and community partners under one roof—proving that when we work together, we create opportunities that can transform lives.

We are deeply honored by the presence of City Mayor Khymer Olaso, who inspired our youth with a powerful reminder that education remains one of the greatest tools in changing lives. His message encouraged every participant to rise above life's challenges, ignore negativity, and continue pursuing their dreams with courage and determination.
Councilor BG Guingona and Mr. Khaiser Olaso also shared an inspiring message during the program.

Organized by the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) under the leadership of Mr. Christian Olasiman, in partnership with Jovenes Allianza De Zamboanga (JADZ), and Other Organizations. This initiative successfully connected our youth to opportunities in education, employment, entrepreneurship, and government services.

• Walk-in Participants & Council of the Greeks – 198

🤝 26 Government and Partner Agencies delivering programs and services.

💼 12 Employers participated in the Mini Job Fair, opening doors to employment opportunities.

Every booth visited, every application submitted, every career conversation, and every smile shared represents another step toward a brighter future for our youth.

To our dedicated JADZ Leaders, Officers, Volunteers, and Members, your countless hours of preparation, coordination, and service made this event possible. Your passion and commitment continue to demonstrate that youth leadership is about creating meaningful change in our communities.

Our heartfelt gratitude also goes to the City Government of Zamboanga, LYDO, our partner agencies, employers, youth organizations, barangay officials, volunteers, sponsors, and everyone who believed in this mission. Your support has made Project Road to 3E more than just an event—it has become a movement of hope and opportunity.
