The 𝗣𝗮𝗴-𝗮𝘀𝗮 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 – 𝗔𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗱𝗼 (PYAP-AKO) 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗻𝘂𝗰 proudly attended and participated in the 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗼 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗻 2026 of the 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (GAD) 𝗭𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆, with the theme “𝗢𝗿𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗼 𝗻𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗩𝗼𝘇, 𝗜𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗱𝗮𝗱 𝗻𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗘𝘀𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘆𝗼,” held on June 13, 2026, at the 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗻𝘂𝗰 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 Covered Court, Barangay Sinunuc.

This meaningful celebration provided participants with valuable insights into 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗡𝗼. 543-20, also known as the 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗶-𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Ordinance, and a brief yet comprehensive discussion on 𝗦𝗲𝘅𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆 and 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 (SOGIE). Through this activity, the youth gained a deeper understanding of equality, inclusion, diversity, and the importance of creating safe spaces where every voice is heard and every individual is respected.

As advocates of youth empowerment and social responsibility, PYAP-AKO Sinunuc stands in solidarity with the LGBTQIA+ community in promoting acceptance, dignity, and equal opportunities for all. Together, let us continue building a community where diversity is celebrated and inclusivity thrives. 🏳️‍🌈

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Sinunuc invites all Sportsfest participants, players, coaches, muses, and partner organizations to join the Opening Salvo and Parade on June 6, 2026 (Saturday).

Assembly Area: Boulevard, Sinunuc

All participants are encouraged to arrive on time and wear their proper uniforms or team attire. Let us come together to officially open the SK Sportsfest with enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and unity.

⚠️ CAPACITY BUILDING TRAINING ⚠️|

PYAP-AKO proudly participated in the Capacity Building Training on Republic Act No. 11930 and Recognizing and Responding to OSAEC-CSAEM Cases, a significant initiative aimed at strengthening child protection mechanisms and enhancing community-based responses against online sexual abuse, exploitation, and trafficking of children.

The training, which runs until June 6, gathers five batches of participants composed of stakeholders from the ZCCPC, ZCCATIP-VAWC, and BCPCs, together with law enforcement personnel from the Zamboanga City Police Office, Philippine Navy, Philippine Coast Guard, and the Philippine Army. The active participation of youth organizations, child representatives, and student leaders ensures that the perspectives and voices of young people remain at the forefront of this important advocacy.

Participants are learning from distinguished resource speakers and experts, including Atty. Joey Gumera of the International Justice Mission, dedicated officers from the WCPC-MFU, and Dr. Marcelina Carpizo, a steadfast advocate in the fight against trafficking in persons and OSAEC-CSAEM.

Through collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and strengthened partnerships, this initiative aims to empower frontline responders, enhance local intervention capacities, and build a safer, more protective environment where every child in Zamboanga City can grow, thrive, and live free from abuse and exploitation.

Together, we stand united in protecting children and safeguarding their rights.

hׁׅ֮ɑׁׅᨰׁׅɑׁׅƙׁׅ ݊ꪀɑׁׅꩇׁׅ֪݊ ꪱׁׁׁׅׅׅ݊ꪀ ɑׁׅ݊ꪀᧁׁ ֮ϐׁꫀׁׅܻ݊ɑׁׅtׁׅ: 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁 our officers and board members of PYAP-AKO Sinunuc Council for the term 2026–2028. 🎶✨ Anchored on the 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝘆-𝗟𝗮𝘄𝘀, this new set of leaders carries the mandate of 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝑶𝒖𝒕-𝒐𝒇-𝒔𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍 and 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵—guiding them to become 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘁, 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆, and 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 individuals. With a shared commitment to uphold the core objectives of PYAP, they stand ready to create spaces for 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, strengthen 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, and 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 programs that respond to the real needs of the youth—be it in community service, health and nutrition, environmental protection, or socio-economic development.

More than positions, they embody a collective mission: to 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲, to 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱, and to 𝗮𝗰𝘁 in accordance with the vision of building a 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁, 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗲, and 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵-𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 community. 💙 As they take on this responsibility, they aim to foster 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆, and ensure that every young individual...especially those in 𝘃𝘂𝗹𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿,has access to opportunities for growth, protection, and participation. Guided by the principles of the PYAP and in partnership with stakeholders, this team is set to translate plans into action and aspirations into impact for the youth of Sinunuc.
