The activity was co-facilitated by the LEaP! Programme of the Ateneo de Zamboanga University – Ateneo Learning and Teaching Excellence Center (AdZU-ALTEC) and the UNICEF Philippines.

Last February 2026, a Training Workshop on the Localization of the 4th Philippine Human Rights Action Plan (PHRAP4): CSO-Led Monitoring and Advocacy Towards Promoting Rights-Based Approaches in Local Governance was conducted in Zamboanga City.
