The organization's officers, representing the organization, were present at the school during their recognition and actively participated in the event, delivering 40 school kits to be distributed to 40 deserving pupils. The group was warmly welcomed by the pupils, parents, and faculty of Patalon Elementary School and had the opportunity to share about the organization's causes and advocacies.
The LDP was joined by one of their partner organizations for this wave, the WMSU College of Architecture Student Council, represented by its CSC Mayor, Hon. Fatima Dahron Esmael.
The donation drive ended when the president of the Lampara Dream Project, Mr. Jonathan G. Atendido, emphasized the importance of clinging to the string of children's dreams and fighting for their right to quality education despite life's challenges.
The Lampara Dream Project extends its deepest gratitude to DOST-IX Scholar's Initiative Club, Rotaract Club of Western Mindanao State University, WMSU- College of Architecture Student Council, WMSU- College of Science and Mathematics Student Council, K's Bakes by Ms. Kyla Madjad, and Project Auxillo for extending their benevolence in making this wave possible.
