𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗻𝗲𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆, 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼 𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀, 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝘂𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝘃𝗶𝗯𝗲𝘀, 𝗥𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 ’𝟴𝟬𝘀 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲. 🎼🎸

Last September 26, 2026, the Rotaract Club of Virac, represented by Impact-Creating President Zailo Ray Zafe, turned the clock back and joined fellow Rotaractors of Rotaract Area 4, RID 3820 for the Area 4 Mass Induction held at SAFADECO Events Place, Sorsogon City.

The Rotaract Clubs of RID 3820 Area 4 were formally inducted by DRR John Vincent Ibarreta, marking another chapter of leadership and service for the Rotaractors across the area.

From radical outfits to righteous advocacies, the celebration proved that while styles may change with the times, the spirit of service never goes out of fashion. 📻🕶️✨

Here’s to a year that’s totally awesome, mega meaningful, and packed with lasting impact!

𝐃𝐑𝐑’𝐬 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭: 𝐀 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬

The DRR’s Visit held on 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗼’𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 took a refreshingly simple approach—no elaborate setup, no unnecessary pressure, just an open and laid-back conversation with 𝗗𝗥𝗥 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗩𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗜𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮.

With 𝗥𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 and 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 gathered in one space, the visit became an avenue for honest conversations, exchange of ideas, and sharing of practices that work within our respective clubs.

What made it meaningful was its simplicity. A relaxed setting made it easier to speak, listen, ask questions, share challenges, and learn from one another. It reminded us that sometimes, the most productive conversations happen when there is less pressure to perform and more room to simply connect.

For the 𝗥𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼 𝗦𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗴𝗼𝗻, this kind of approach is something we hope to see continue across the District. 𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙙, 𝙥𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙪𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙚𝙛𝙪𝙡, 𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙗 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙛𝙤𝙘𝙪𝙨 𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙤𝙣 𝙪𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙤𝙣 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙡𝙮 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨—𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙗𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨.

A simple visit, but a meaningful one.
A conversation that reminded us that service becomes better when leadership becomes more human.

More than just an activity, KUGOS was an opportunity to see beyond differences—to listen, to learn, and to appreciate the unique gifts each learner brings. Through simple activities, shared laughter, and genuine moments of interaction, the day became a reminder that every child deserves to feel seen, valued, and included.

Sometimes, creating lasting impact does not require grand gestures. Sometimes, it begins with showing up, opening our hearts, and choosing to understand.

Because when we know, we understand. And when we understand, we create space for everyone to belong. ❤️
