Congratulations to our ten (10) newly promoted Branch Managers for successfully finishing their intensive training at the ARDCI Head Office!

From February 9 to March 26, these dedicated leaders underwent rigorous preparation to strengthen their managerial and supervisory skills. More than just operations, the training focused on fostering positive relationships between our clients and branch personnel.

The completion rites were held last March 26 at the ARDCI Sky Deck, attended by our key managerial staff. We are excited to see you lead your respective branches with integrity and excellence!

BUTUAN CITY โ€” Following a successful reorientation, the ARDCI MFI Mindanao Area Team transitioned from learning to building deeper connections during their Team Building session last March 21, 6:00 PM, at the Hotel Oazis.

The event, facilitated by Staff Development Officer John Andrei Clores, focused on enhancing teamwork, communication, and mutual support across all Mindanao branches.
Present to show their support were our key leaders: Executive Director Victor T. Bernal, Operations Director Jed M. Cano, and Operations Head for Mindanao Area Archie O. Turreda, alongside representatives from the Head Office.
