Excellence for God, Excellence with God

These are more than just values—they are qualities God desires to develop in every student.

Today, we celebrate God's faithfulness through the lives of Lyka Balbuena and Abi Molod, two student leaders from Every Nation Campus – Catanduanes State University who recently graduated with Latin Honors (Cum Laude).

Their achievement is not only a story of academic excellence but also a testimony of God's transforming work. We met and discipled them when they were third-year college students. Through small groups, biblical discipleship, and a community committed to following Jesus, they continued to grow as leaders of character, integrity, and faith while faithfully pursuing excellence in their studies.

As they transition into the singles ministry, we are excited to see how God will continue to use their lives to make disciples, serve others, and help raise the next generation of Christ-centered leaders.

At Every Nation Campus, we believe that the campus is one of the greatest mission fields in the world. Our vision is not only to see students graduate with academic honors but also to see them become servant leaders who honor God in every area of life and influence their families, workplaces, communities, and future generations.

This year, graduates who completed all required clearances and fulfilled the necessary requirements with the Office of Admission and Registration Services (OARS) received their original diplomas enclosed in their diploma jackets as their names were called during the ceremony.

Introduced by University President Dr. Gemma G. Acedo, the initiative aims to help graduates transition more quickly to employment, licensure applications, graduate studies, and other post-graduation pursuits by providing them with their official academic credentials immediately after graduation.

The historic undertaking was made possible through the efforts of the Office of Admission and Registration Services under the leadership of University Registrar III Ms. Salvacion B. Murillo. Murillo said Batch 2026 is the first graduating class in the University's history to receive actual diplomas during the commencement exercises.

While actual diplomas were distributed to graduates who completed all the necessary requirements before graduation, Murillo clarified that the issuance of the Transcript of Records (TOR) will continue after commencement and only upon completion of the prescribed clearance process.

Batch 2026 is composed of 3,926 graduates from the University's nine colleges and the Graduate School.

Throughout the four-day commencement exercises, held from June 23 to 26 at the CatSU Front Grounds, eligible graduates received not only recognition for their academic achievements but also the official document certifying the completion of their degree programs—allowing them to immediately take the next steps toward employment, licensure, or further studies.

Through our commitment to preparing students for L.I.F.E. — Leadership, Integrity, Faith, and Excellence — we have seen many of you embrace challenges, serve others, and pursue God's purpose for your lives. We believe that your graduation is not the end of your journey but the beginning of a greater mission.

As the new school year begins, we are expectant that God will move powerfully in and through the lives of the next generation.

Every Nation Philippines family, let’s ask God to pour out His Spirit on every campus:

* Pray for open doors on the campuses. May God give us grace and wisdom as we reach students with the gospel.
* Pray for the young people to anchor their identity in Christ and pursue God’s purpose for their lives.
* Pray for the next generation to know Jesus and experience hope and salvation in Him alone.

Has finally come to an end! 🎉

First and foremost, we lift up our highest praise and thanksgiving to God for His faithfulness, guidance, and abounding grace throughout this entire school year. We are also deeply grateful for every student who became part of this journey—your presence has made this year truly unforgettable.

As we celebrate all that God has done, let us carry this momentum forward. Let's remain steadfast in our mission to honor God and make disciples in everything we do, while continuing to prepare our hearts for L.I.F.E.:

A great Campus Hang-out we had with our CastSUans last wednesday. Having fun, faith, and family, we talked about the importance of putting trust in God in the midst of our emptiness, for He is always enough.
