ROVER SCOUT ORIENTATION, VIGIL, AND INVESTITURE 2026

The Boy Scouts of the Philippinesโ€”Ilocos Sur Council invites young people ages 16โ€“24 to take part in the Rover Scout Orientation, Vigil, and Investiture Ceremony, an activity that promotes leadership, service, self-development, adventure, brotherhood, and active citizenship.

Venue: Narvacan National Central High School, Narvacan, Ilocos Sur

Schedule:
Orientation: 05:00 PM, September 26, 2026
Vigil Proper: 07:00 PM, September 26, 2026
Investiture: 06:00 AM, September 27, 2026

REGISTRATION FEE: โ‚ฑ400.00 per participant
The fee covers:

โœ”๏ธ Rover Scout Membership Registration Fee
โœ”๏ธ Administrative expenses

The Boy Scouts of the Philippines โ€“ Ilocos Sur Council officially enjoins all Scouts, Scout Leaders, schools, and community partners to participate in the conduct of the Brigada Eskwela 2026 Simultaneous Clean-Up Drive on June 1โ€“5, 2026.

With the theme:
โ€œBayanihan sa Paaralan: Nagkakaisa para sa Kaayusan at Kaalamanโ€

This activity supports the BSP advocacy โ€œScouting: Helping Create a Better Worldโ€ through community service, environmental care, and volunteerism.
