Today, we commemorate 𝐀𝐫𝐚𝐰 𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧, honoring the brave Filipino soldiers who fought with great courage during the Battle of Bataan in World War II. This was one of the darkest times in history, yet it also showed the world the strength of the Filipino spirit.

This day serves as a powerful reminder that our freedom was earned through immense sacrifice. 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘣𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘥, 𝘴𝘸𝘦𝘢𝘵, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘵𝘺 𝘸𝘦 𝘦𝘯𝘫𝘰𝘺 𝘵𝘰𝘥𝘢𝘺.

As the youth of this nation, we must never forget the hands and feet that fought for our land. Today, we celebrate the miracle of the Resurrection. Easter is a powerful reminder that no matter how difficult the season, light will always break through.

As we celebrate the risen Christ, let us also celebrate the strength and resilience within our own community. Just as the empty tomb brings a message of renewal and hope, may this Easter season inspire us to embrace new beginnings in our academic journeys and personal lives.

In this stillness, we learn that not every silence means absence, and not every dark moment means the end. Sometimes, the deepest growth happens in the pause between pain and hope.

As we observe this holy day, we remember the 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘮—the commandment of love and the ultimate act of humility. As we celebrate 𝑷𝒂𝒍𝒎 𝑺𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒚, we commemorate Jesus' triumphant entry into Jerusalem—a day of great joy that leads us into the solemnity of Holy Week.

As we reflect today, may we be reminded to open our hearts, strengthen our faith, and allow His presence to guide us toward becoming better.

Let our palms serve not only as symbols, but as expressions of our commitment to follow Him faithfully, even to the Cross.

This year’s 𝗡𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗙𝗘𝗗 - 𝗝𝗣𝗜𝗔 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 with the theme "𝑨𝑻𝑳𝑨𝑺: 𝑱𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒚𝒔 𝑨𝒄𝒓𝒐𝒔𝒔 𝑮𝒍𝒐𝒃𝒂𝒍 𝑬𝒙𝒄𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆", was all about looking forward and stepping up to meet international standards.

It wasn't just another event—it was a chance for all of us to see how far we can go when we work together and keep learning. From the guest speakers to the simple moments spent with the rest of the JPIA family, every part of the journey reminded us that we’re building a future that reaches way beyond our own borders.

We’re coming home with new ideas, better skills, and a clear path toward becoming the professionals the world needs.
