As part of the continuous commitment of the Sangguniang Kabataan ng Canarem in supporting the education of our youth, we are happy to announce the 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬 for Junior High School and Senior High School students of Barangay Canarem. May this simple program help our students become more prepared and motivated as they continue their studies this school year. 💙

Additionally, here is the list of college beneficiaries who have successfully submitted their requirements. Kindly check your names below.

• The assistance must be claimed personally by the beneficiary; otherwise, it will not be released.

📢 ATTENTION TO ALL COLLEGE STUDENTS OF BARANGAY CANAREM!

In line with its commitment to support the educational needs of the youth, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Canarem proudly launches its Cash Assistance Program for College Students. This initiative aims to provide financial support and ease the academic burden of our students as they continue their studies.

The SK is now accepting requirements for this program.

📌 REQUIREMENTS:
• Photocopy of ID with 3 specimen signatures
• Photocopy of Certificate of Registration (COR) – 2nd Semester
• Must be a bonafide resident of Barangay Canarem

📅 START OF SUBMISSION:
Saturday, April 18 | 9:00 AM onwards

Status RATIFIED as of April 13, 2026

𝙄𝙣 𝙥𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙪𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝘿𝙄𝙇𝙂 𝙈𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙢 𝘾𝙞𝙧𝙘𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙧 𝙉𝙤. 2024-061 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙉𝙔𝘾 𝙒𝙚𝙗 𝙋𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙂𝙪𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨.

The mass deserves transparency, and our youth deserve leadership built on integrity. This Monitoring and Evaluation report is released to uphold our commitment to accountability and to ensure that public service in the Municipality of Victoria remains open, verifiable, and centered on the trust of our constituents.

We are monitoring key indicators of good governance, including the recently concluded DILG Kilos Kabataan Functionality Audit 2025, SK FDP Board compliance, the Approved Annual Budget 2026, and KK Profiling submissions. These metrics serve as the baseline for an honest government, proving that our youth leaders are diligent in their administrative duties and responsible with the resources entrusted to them.

Congratulations to all the SK Councils that have successfully complied with these requirements and showcased their dedication to excellence. The SK Pederasyon and the LYDO remain committed to supporting all our youth leaders as we work together toward a fully transparent and integrity-driven Victoria.
