A simple step toward safer classrooms.
Recent school shooting incidents in the Philippines remind us that the safety and security of our students should never be taken for granted. In times of emergency, even simple measures can make a meaningful difference. Classroom curtains can provide an added layer of privacy, helping limit visibility from outside and giving students and teachers a greater sense of security.
Ideally, every classroom should have curtains installed, but schools often face limited budgets and competing needs.
Recognizing this challenge, the Rotary Club of Valenzuela South stepped in to help bridge the gap by donating 88 classroom window curtains for 22 classrooms at Paso de Blas National High School.
88 curtains. 22 classrooms. One community united for our children.
This is more than a donation of curtains.
It is an investment in safety, security, dignity, and peace of mind.
Because when resources are limited, every helping hand can create a lasting impact and every safer classroom matters.
