Let us PRAY…

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with humble hearts, seeking Your light in the shadows of our nation. In the Philippines, we witness the struggle between true faith and the chains of idolatry that bind us. We ask for Your divine intervention to cleanse our hearts from the distractions of superficial piety and hollow religiosity.

Lord, grant us the wisdom to discern genuine devotion from mere ritual. Help us to see the faces of those in need, and to serve them with compassion rather than being lost in empty ceremonies. May our worship be a reflection of Your love, transforming our hearts into vessels of grace and mercy.

We pray for the leaders of our communities, that they may be guided by Your principles of justice and righteousness. Let their decisions bring healing and unity, rather than division and despair. Inspire us all to act with integrity and to prioritize the well-being of our brothers and sisters above our own desires.

Forgive us for the times we have placed tradition above truth, and for the ways we have allowed our faith to become a source of division rather than connection. Remind us that true worship is found in love, humility, and service to others.

May Your spirit of renewal sweep through our land, awakening a deep and transformative faith that leads us toward justice, peace, and harmony. Help us to build a society where the values of compassion and integrity reign, and where our hearts are aligned with Your will.

In Your most holy Name Lord Jesus, we pray for healing and hope for our beloved nation, the Philippines.
