Oath taken, journey begun.

The oath-taking ceremony of DFBKD together with Yes-O was held on January 29, 2024, at the Marulas Central High School covered court.

Aspiring individuals, accompanied by the teacher adviser of BKD in their school, starting with Kate C. Chua (DFBKD President), Vetheena S. Española (DFBKD Secretary), Yshi Pascua (DFBKD Auditor), and Mix Villanueva (DFBKD Protocol Officer), took their respective oaths and pledged to carry out each of their duties in the presence of the Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, Chief Education Program Supervisor, Public School District, and Education Program Supervisor.

This oath-taking ceremony served as the first step in taking action against illegal substances.

The Division Federation Barkada Kontra Droga held it's election last January 15, 2024 at Dalandanan National High School. The event was attended by BKD Presidents and Advisers from 13 schools around Valenzuela City.

The DFBKD will try its best as it accepts the challenge for being the youth's voice against the use of illegal substances. Together, let's help each other as we eliminate these things and build a safer environment for everyone!

𝐃𝐅𝐁𝐊𝐃 𝐀𝐈𝐌𝐒 𝐓𝐎 𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐒𝐄 𝐀𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐎𝐅 𝐃𝐑𝐔𝐆 𝐀𝐁𝐔𝐒𝐄 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐑𝐄𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐄𝐒.

This organization is mandated by the Department of Education (DepEd), which requires every schools to establish. Its primary goals are to raise drug awareness and help students abstain from illicit substances. The DFBKD is composed of students joined to advocate against the use of drugs.

The role of DFBKD is to encourage students of Valenzuela to avoid using illegal substances. The organization additionally encourages peer support groups, advocacy campaigns, and educational programs to enable youths to make responsible choices about substance abuse.

Kami ang Barkada na kaagapay ninyo Kontra Droga mula sa lungsod ng magiting na Valenzuela. Nagagalak kami na magsilbi sa komunidad bilang kapwa estudyanteng may magandang hangarin para sayo, sa iyong paaralan at sa ating bayan. Bilang pagpapakilala at paglunsad ng aming mga programa, nais namin na ibahagi ang logo ng aming organisasyon gayundin ang kahulugan ng mga elemento nito. At nawa'y inyong makita at maintindihan ang layunin ng Barkada Kontra Droga Division Federation ng Valenzuela.
