The election process was guided by a comprehensive evaluation designed to recognize both competence and leadership potential. Candidates were assessed based on 20% Interview Evaluation, which measured their preparedness, commitment, and understanding of their desired position; 30% Ad Hoc Performance Evaluation, which reflected their actual involvement, initiative, and performance during the ad hoc period; and 50% Member Votes, representing the confidence and trust of the general membership. This balanced grading system ensures that election results are not determined solely by popularity, but also by demonstrated dedication, capability, and service to the organization.
