Just like in Elijah’s story, God provides us with strength, guidance, and comfort through His gentle presence—especially during times when we feel weak and think it’s the end.

As we celebrate this World Mental Health Month, let us remember that negative emotions are not signs of weakness, but reminders that we are human. The good thing is, we can always depend on and approach a God who cares for us and loves us, even in our most fragile moments.
