𝗪𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗕𝗔𝗗𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗧?

“ 𝗡𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁. “

Every face tells a story, every personality brings a different spark, and every student has something that makes them 𝘂𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲. ✨

The baddest aren’t defined by where they come from or what others expect them to be. They’re defined by the confidence to be 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀.

No need to search far.

𝗦𝗠𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦, 𝗕𝗜𝗚 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗔𝗖𝗧! 💜✨
‎
‎The Polo NHS - SSLG proudly presents another PositiviThing! A project focused around motivational messages for everyone’s wellbeing.

You never know what someone may be going through. A thoughtful gesture can mean more than you think.

‎So, here's today's challenge: Do one small act of kindness for someone today! 😊

It may seem like a little thing, but your kindness could be exactly what someone needs to brighten their day. 🌷

During this typhoon season, stay safe, stay prepared, and prioritize your well-being. Keep your body healthy with enough rest, nutritious meals, and proper hydration. Protect yourself from the chilly and damp weather, and give your mind time to pause and recharge. Most importantly, look out for yourself and the people around you.

A little 𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨, 𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨, and 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 can make a big difference! 💙

Remember that wellness is not just about staying physically healthy, but also about protecting your peace and supporting one another. ☔

May this Wellness Wednesday be a reminder to every Polonian that your health, peace, and well-being matter. Take time to rest, recharge, and care for yourself, especially during the rainy season. 🩵

𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗬 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗗𝗔𝗬! ✨

𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐇: 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐘𝐎𝐔-𝐓𝐇? 🎉

BINGO! 🗣️

How many boxes can you check? Go through each statement and see which ones feel a little too real for you! 👀

From saying “5-minute break” pero naging 2 hours, “last scroll na lang” hanggang madaling-araw, surviving random 2AM life crises, hanggang speaking up for what’s right, joining activities, supporting advocacies, and figuring out our future—these are all part of being young. 🫂

Being a youth isn’t always about having everything figured out. Sometimes, it’s about learning, making mistakes, discovering who you are, using your voice, and finding ways to make a difference. ❤️‍🩹

SO, HOW MANY DID YOU GET?
Drop your score in the comments! 👇🏻

💬 Tag someone na feeling mo naka-BINGO!

✨ And tell us: Which box was the MOST YOU?

This International Youth Day, let’s celebrate the chaos, dreams, struggles, and voices that make our youth experience uniquely ours. 🫶🏻

Your voice matters. Your ideas matter. Your impact matters.
