🎾 ARBORTOWNE TENNIS COURT REOPENS! 🎉

Great news, Arbortowne!

Our Tennis Court officially reopens on Wedneday, July 8, 2026!

📅 Court Reservation & Scheduling.

Registration starts TODAY (July 4) at the Administration Office.

🏡 Exclusive for AHAI homeowners, residents, and their registered household members only. This ensures fair access, proper maintenance, and a safe, enjoyable facility for our own community.

Highlights of the Approved Guidelines:

✅ Annual Tennis Club Membership – ₱1,000/year
✅ Lower court fees and priority reservations for members.

✅ Founding Member recognition for those who join this inaugural year.

✅ Court Fees: • Members – ₱250/hr (Day) | ₱400/hr (Evening*) • Non-Members – ₱350/hr (Day) | ₱500/hr (Evening*) *Upon installation of court lights.

🎾 Reservations may be made up to 7 days in advance, with 1-hour playing sessions to ensure everyone gets a chance to play.

🎉 Planning a tennis gathering or celebration? Food is allowed with a ₱500 corkage fee.

🎾 Tennis balls are also available for purchase at the Administration Office.

Good news, Arbortowne Homeowners!

We are pleased to inform the community that the City Legal Office has granted AHAI's request for local business tax exemption, recognizing that AHAI is a non-stock, non-profit homeowners' association established solely for the administration, management, and maintenance of our community—not for commercial gain.

This clarification also relieves the Association from unnecessary business-related regulatory requirements and expenses, while reaffirming that fees collected from the use of our facilities are used solely for their maintenance and improvement for the benefit of all homeowners.

AHAI will continue to comply with all applicable government requirements as we remain committed to transparency, good governance, and responsible stewardship of our community.

Keeping our community facilities safe, orderly, and enjoyable for everyone.

Dear Homeowners,

Please be advised that the AHAI Tennis Court will be temporarily CLOSED effective June 23, 2026, until further notice to allow for maintenance works, facility improvements, and the review and enhancement of court usage guidelines.

These efforts are being undertaken to provide a safer, cleaner, and better-managed recreational facility for all residents.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation during this period. Further updates, including the reopening date and the revised Tennis Court Guidelines, will be announced through our official communication channels.

Magandang araw po, mga kapitbahay.

We have received concerns regarding pet waste left in some common areas. We would like to respectfully remind all pet owners and fur parents to kindly clean up after their pets during walks and outdoor activities.

Responsible pet ownership includes helping keep our community clean, safe, and pleasant for everyone. A simple "clean as you go" practice goes a long way in showing consideration and respect for our fellow residents.

Let us all do our part in maintaining the cleanliness and beauty of our community.

The AHAI Board warmly thanks 🙏 Arch. Renato Gabriel, together with Arch. Aaron Gabriel, for graciously accepting last May 26, 2026, the sponsorship of new AHAI Announcement Boards 📣 to be installed at the Entrance Gates, Admin Office, Swimming Pool, and Pavilion areas.

This generous gesture reflects gratitude, community partnership, and sincere support for Arbortowne — a community that has entrusted Arch. Gabriel through the years in building many of our happy homes 🏠.
