FREE Skills Training with Allowance!

The City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) – Youth Welfare Unit, in partnership with Plan International Pilipinas and Valenzuela City Technological College (VCTC), proudly invites qualified Out-of-School Youth (OSY) and unemployed residents of Valenzuela City to become part of the Youth RISE Project.

The Youth RISE Project aims to empower young people by providing free technical skills training, life skills development, and training allowance to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to secure sustainable employment or start future livelihood opportunities.

5 Months

Monday to Friday
🕐 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Saturday (Life Skills Training)
🕘 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

✅ QUALIFICATIONS

✔️ 18–30 years old
✔️ Female applicants are highly encouraged to apply (priority beneficiaries)
✔️ Male applicants are also welcome
✔️ Solo Parent
✔️ Unemployed
✔️ High School Graduate or College Undergraduate
✔️ Bonafide Resident of Valenzuela City
