The Bike Scouts Philippines is a 100% volunteer bicycle messenger service that works to gather information from disaster areas about survivors and their immediate needs that is delivered to agencies that can provide help. Bike Scouts, as the volunteer messengers are

called, also collect personal messages from survivors that are delivered to their families and loved ones. The primary objective of the Bicycle Scouts Project is to act as a bridge between those who are isolated by natural and man-made calamities and the people who care about them.
