‎SLCV Retreat 2026 ✨

The graduating 4th year Hospitality Management students spent meaningful days together in Tagaytay, creating memories that they will always treasure. The retreat became a time for reflection, friendship, laughter, and renewal as they prepared for the next chapter of their lives. 🤍

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” — Jeremiah 29:11

Through this retreat, the students were reminded to trust God’s plans and continue moving forward with faith, hope, and courage. May the lessons and memories they shared together guide them in their future journey.

Because of the very hot weather, a temporary dress code will be followed starting April 13, 2026 (Monday).

👕 You may wear SLCV shirt, plain white shirt, Louisian or org shirt, or PE uniform with decent jeans or pants and closed shoes only.

⚠️ Rules will be strictly followed and violations will be recorded.

Let’s cooperate and help maintain a comfortable, respectful, and focused learning environment despite the heat. Thank you for your cooperation.

The Art of Baking: A Bread Baking Demo 🍞

Our recent bread baking demo was once again a fun and inspiring experience! Guided by the talented Chef Myx Dela Cruz-Mitiam, participants learned helpful tips and techniques while baking monggo bread, ensaimada, and ube cheese pandesal. The session was full of curiosity, creativity, and hands-on learning that everyone enjoyed.

To everyone who joined, your energy and participation made the event even more special. We hope the skills and ideas you picked up will inspire you to bake these treats again and continue trying new recipes in the future.

A big thank you to Chef Myx Dela Cruz-Mitiam for guiding the session, to the committee for organizing such a wonderful event, and to all the participants for making it lively and memorable. Foundation Week Food Galore 💚💚

Thank you to everyone who came and supported our booth this Foundation Week, which was proudly organized by the 3rd year and 2nd year HM students! We are truly happy and grateful to see so many people stopping by, enjoying the food, and having fun with us. Your support, smiles, and kind feedback really made our hard work worth it.

This event would not have been successful without the teamwork, effort, and dedication of everyone involved from the planning and preparation to the actual serving and clean-up. It was such a great experience for all of us, and we’re thankful for the opportunity to showcase our skills and creativity.

Great job to the team for all the hard work and cooperation! We’re proud of what we achieved together and we look forward to creating more fun and successful events in the future! 🎉
