Call for Volunteers: Panlibatuhan Creek Clean-Up Drive!
The City Government of Valencia invites everyone, including professionals, community members, and civic groups, to participate in a Clean-Up Drive along Panlibatuhan Creek. This initiative is part of our shared civic responsibility to protect the environment, prevent flooding, and foster a culture of volunteerism.
Date: September 19, 2025
Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 NN
Assembly Area: Valencia City Central School
Participants are encouraged to bring:
- Cleaning tools (bolo, axe, shovel, rake, or other suitable materials)
- Protective clothing (boots, gloves, hats)
- Food and water for the duration of the activity
While college students such as those in CWTS, NSTP, Criminology, and ROTC are welcome to join, we especially encourage all members of the community to take part in this effort. Together, we can clean and preserve our creek, strengthen the spirit of bayanihan, and contribute to a safer, healthier, and more resilient community.
