To ensure the safety, order, and enjoyment of everyone, all attendees are STRICTLY ADVISED to observe the following:

PLEASE DO NOT BRING OR ENGAGE IN:
- Sharp objects, firearms/guns, and other hazardous items
- Backpacks, large bags, or any oversized items
- Smoking, va**ng, or bringing flammable substances
- Any acts or behavior that may disrupt the event
- Illegal Drugs and other illegal substances

⚠️ Any violation of the above rules, as well as other acts that may endanger public safety, shall be dealt with accordingly and will be subject to appropriate sanctions by the proper authorities.

All youth, Sangguniang Kabataan Officials, Katipunan ng Kabataan Purok and Barangay Leaders, and Youth Organizations are warmly invited to join this night of celebration and camaraderie.
