A productive and meaningful CREBA Pangasinan meeting as we discussed plans and preparations for our upcoming 15th Induction Ceremony, along with exciting future events and projects that will further strengthen our organization and create greater opportunities for our members and the communities we serve.

We also welcomed our new members, Bernardo Bautista, Rafi Aquino, Francis, Del Vergonia, Rowena Pinlac! 🙏

Last Tuesday, June 16, 2026, together with Pangasinan Vice Governor Mark Lambino and Board Members Marinor de Guzman, Vici Ventanilla, Phillip Theodore Cruz, Haidee Pacheco, Jerry Rosario, and Martin Sison, we conducted a committee hearing with representatives from the Registry of Deeds, DENR/PENRO, Provincial Assessor’s Office, Provincial Zoning Office, PHSUDA, DILG, CREBA Pangasinan, OSHDP Pangasinan, and REBAP Pangasinan at the Lingayen Pangasinan Capitol.

The hearing focused on the proposed ordinance entitled:

“An Ordinance Regulating and Prohibiting the Development, Marketing, and Sale of Residential Subdivisions and Subdivided Lots Without Compliance with Applicable National Laws and Regulations, Including the Unauthorized Subdivision of Agricultural Lands; Providing for Buyer Disclosure Requirements; Creating a Provincial Inter-Agency Task Force; and Prescribing Administrative Penalties Therefor.”

This measure seeks to strengthen regulatory compliance, protect homebuyers, prevent the illegal conversion and subdivision of agricultural lands, and promote responsible and sustainable land development in our province.

We remain committed to safeguarding the interests of our constituents through sound legislation and effective inter-agency collaboration.

✅ PRC License Number
✅ Certificate of Registration
✅ PTR Number at iba pang kaukulang dokumento

Kung hindi maipakita ang mga ito — MAG-INGAT.

Ang pag-practice nang walang lisensya ay may parusang ₱200,000 multa at hanggang 4 na taon na pagkakakulong (Sek. 39).

Protektahan ang pinaghirapan ninyo. Humingi ng PRC ID bago mag-transact.
