𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐌𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐔𝐑𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐘: 𝐏𝐒𝐔 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐄𝐒 𝐀 𝐍𝐄𝐖 𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐂𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐋 𝐄𝐍𝐆𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐄𝐑𝐒👷🏻✨

Pangasinan State University - Urdaneta City Campus, marks a defining result in the March 2026 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination, as seven PSUnians secured their place in the profession. The University recorded a 36.84% institutional passing rate (7 out of 19), edging past the 35.05% national average and reflecting a performance grounded in discipline and technical rigor.

A closer reading of the results highlights a strong showing among first-time takers, who posted a 60.00% passing rate (6 out of 10). Meanwhile, the outcome among repeat examinees stands at 11.11% (1 out of 9). Each figure speaks to a process shaped not by chance, but by sustained preparation.
