Initiated with the City Health Office, led by City Health Officer Dr. Rachel Ann Abalos-Parayno, this project aims to address the diverse needs of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in Urdaneta City through the sustained provision of appropriate assistive devices. The initiative seeks to improve mobility, foster independence, and enhance the overall quality of life of qualified beneficiaries.
The program is already on its 3rd year and 4th awarding activity, spearheaded by the Club of Makati Paseo De Magallanes, in partnership with the Rotary Club of Makati F. Zobel, Rotary Club of Urdaneta East, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, The Batch 92 Foundation, Urdaneta City Health Office, and Gardenia.
This is an ongoing project. Interested beneficiaries and/or their representatives may visit the Urdaneta City Health Office to sign up and to be assessed.
