"Leadership is not a rank; it is an accountability."
Last April 1โ3, 2026, we gathered at Jasa Farm, Brgy. Calbueg, Malasiqui, Pangasinan for our Leadership Immersion Series: Responsibility and Accountability. This was more than a seminarโit was a time of honest reflection, repentance, and life realignment.
From the discipline of our Dawn Watch, where we strengthened our "invisible roots" through prayer, for Evangelism Outreach, we put our lessons into immediate action. By stepping out of our comfort zones to share the Word and pray for the community, we affirmed that leadership is a humble responsibility to be carried rather than an honor to be displayed. Every task and session served as a sobering reminder that God measures our consistency in the small, unnoticed assignments, challenging us to live with the integrity and ownership required of those who must one day give a final account to Him alone.
We were reminded that our public ministry will never be stronger than our private life. As leaders, we are called to guard our hearts and embrace the weight of our calling without seeking comfort.
"We are the Vanguards of Christ, called not for honor or titles, but to carry the burden of responsibility with integrity, both in public and in the unseen."
