📝 How to Enroll (3 Easy Steps):
1️⃣ Secure and complete an Early Registration Form from the School Head’s Office
2️⃣ Submit a photocopy of SF 9 / Report Card with 1st and 2nd Quarter grades duly signed
3️⃣ Submit all requirements to the School Head’s Office/Assigned Teachers

📌 Transferee Requirements:
• Original PSA Birth Certificate
• SF 9 / Report Card with 1st & 2nd Quarter grades signed by the Adviser and School Principal
