Each representatives must prepare their departmental costumes or attire and follow their assigned colors that represents their own department. Representatives must prepare their Advocacy, Talent, and prepare their minds for the Q&A.

โ€ข ๐…๐ฅ๐š๐ ๐ฌ โ€” Each department must prepare atleast 2 flags to represent their department. (the colors of the flags will be their assigned color)

โ€ข ๐๐š๐ง๐๐š๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ฌ โ€” Each department must prepare 15 meter long bandaritas that only consist of red & white colors.
