Kaya isinusulong natin ang 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗡𝗼. 𝟮𝟲𝟳 na layong itaas ang taunang income tax exemption threshold mula 𝗣𝟮𝟱𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 tungong 𝗣𝟰𝟴𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 upang mas maraming manggagawa ang magkaroon ng mas malaking take-home pay.

Sa ilalim ng ating panukala, hindi na magbabayad ng income tax ang mga indibidwal na kumikita ng hanggang P480,000 kada taon. Ito ay dahil hindi na akma ang kasalukuyang exemption threshold, bunsod ng patuloy na pagbaba ng purchasing power ng ating mga manggagawa dulot ng inflation.

𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗮𝘁𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗸𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝘂𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗴𝗱𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝘂𝘂𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗮𝗵𝗼𝗱 𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗴𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘄𝗮 at mabigyan sila ng dagdag na perang magagamit para sa mahahalagang gastusin tulad ng pagkain, edukasyon, at kalusugan. Makatutulong din ito na palakasin ang consumer spending at takbo ng ekonomiya.

Halos isang taon nang nakabinbin at hindi gumagalaw ang panukalang ito. Umaasa tayong maisama ito sa priority legislation sa pagbubukas ng sesyon upang agarang matulungan at mabigyan ng ginhawa ang ating mga kababayan at maitaas ang naiuuwi nilang sahod para sa kanilang pamilya. 𝗡𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗵𝗼𝗻 𝗻𝗮 𝘂𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗮 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗽 𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗼𝘆 𝗻𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝘁𝗮𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘆𝗼 𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗴𝗮 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘀𝘆𝗼.❤️🔥🇵🇭

Young Legacy PH proudly introduces its new Core Team - three young leaders from Tupi, South Cotabato, pursuing Economics, Public Administration, and Tourism in their college years.

They remind us that leadership is not defined by a specific field of study, but by grit, the willingness to make time to serve, the commitment to keep growing, the humility to take accountability, to learn from every experience, and the courage to lead others while continuing to learn themselves.

A legacy is never meant to end with one group or one generation. It is meant to be shared, passed on, and strengthened by those who choose to lead after us.

The leaders who came before will always be here to guide and support.

ROBREDO LEADS LAUNCH OF PEOPLE'S BUDGET PORTAL

LOOK: Naga City Mayor Leni Robredo led on Friday, June 19, the launch of the People's Budget Portal, an online platform designed to promote transparency, accountability, and participatory governance.

Through the portal, city government offices and the Naga City People's Council can submit programs, projects, and activities (PPAs) in a structured manner and in compliance with guidelines set by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM).

The platform also enables residents to monitor and scrutinize how public funds are allocated and spent throughout the remainder of Robredo's term, which runs until 2028.

“All codes, data schemes, and documentation will be publicly available. So that any LGU in this country can adapt, adopt, and build on what Naga has built,” Robredo said during her message. | via Doris Bongcac
