Nakibahagi ang mga kinatawan mula sa Municipality of Talisay, Batangas sa Oplan Kontra Baha: Summit for Pansipit River – Batangas, na naglalayong palakasin ang koordinasyon, pagpaplano, at pagtutulungan ng mga Local Government Units at concerned agencies para sa flood mitigation, river management, at disaster risk reduction and management sa Pansipit River Basin.
