While others celebrated Teachersโ€™ Day with programs and gatherings, our Matthiasian teachers celebrated it through dedication, preparation, and service as we successfully concluded our PEAC E-Recertification Visit for SY 2026โ€“2027 today, October 5.

The activity brought together our school administrators, faculty and non-teaching personnel, and selected student participants who wholeheartedly represented the Matthiasian community. Through their preparation, cooperation, and enthusiasm, the SSM team demonstrated its commitment to quality education, continuous improvement, and the formation of learners rooted in our Catholic identity and core values of Integrity, Discipleship, Stewardship, and Service.

Our heartfelt gratitude to the Ilagan Diocesan Schools System Board of Trustees and IDSS Superintendent, Dr. Mariesu M. Antonio, for the guidance, assistance, and unwavering support extended to the School of Saint Matthias, Inc. throughout this journey.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the PEAC Team for the opportunity to showcase our practices and our continuing commitment to providing quality Catholic education.

We would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the Kaagapay Program of Phoenix Publishing House and Sibs Publishing House for their valuable assistance, support, and partnership. Your commitment to supporting schools and educators has been a meaningful part of our preparation for this important milestone.

And to our Matthiasian teachers and staff, thank you for giving your bestโ€”even when preparation meant extra work and celebrating Teachersโ€™ Day in a very different way. Your dedication, perseverance, and love for the school and our learners truly made this journey meaningful.

As we conclude this important milestone, we also recognize the need for everyone to rest and recharge. Thus, there will be NO CLASSES tomorrow, October 6, 2026, to give our teachers and learners enough time to rest after the demanding days of preparation and the E-Recertification Visit.

We entrust the results to the Lord, knowing that we have given our very best.

Soli Deo Gloria! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป
Hail! Saint Matthias!

Please be informed that Face-to-Face Classes will resume tomorrow, October 5, 2026 (Monday).

We fully respect and support Executive Order No. 33, Series of 2026, issued by our beloved Municipal Mayor, particularly in recognizing the welfare of our teachers.

However, due to the PEAC e-Recertification Visit scheduled tomorrow, regular classes will still be conducted to accommodate the required school activities and participation of our learners and
teachers.

We kindly ask everyone to report to school as scheduled and observe proper attendance, punctuality, and school protocols.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Let us continue to do our best for School of Saint Matthias.
