In collaboration with the SACE Council’s SACE Angel Cards and the SACE Ambassadress' Team Bata, assistance was successfully conducted on Friday, December 12, 2025, at San Antonio Elementary School, San Antonio, Enrile.

The SACE Angel Cards project proudly gifted 108 out of 108 elementary students with Christmas presents, bringing joy and warmth to the young learners.

Meanwhile, the Ambassadress’ Team Bata engaged the students with fun and interactive activities, taught Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) awareness, and distributed readiness flyers to strengthen preparedness in the community.

The University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao, through its Hatid-Kapatid Program, reached out to Barangcuag, Tuao, Cagayan, serving 375 families with much-needed assistance and compassion.

This mission was made possible through the generosity of PhilHealth Region II, whose donation uplifted the lives of our beneficiaries, and through the unwavering dedication of our ALERT USLT volunteers who selflessly offered their time and service.

🚨 RAINFALL ADVISORY NO. 33 — CAGAYAN VALLEY & NEARBY AREAS 🚨

The has issued Rainfall Advisory No. 33 at 11:00 AM, Sunday, November 23, 2025, due to the Shearline and Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) currently affecting Northern Luzon.

Light to Moderate to at times Heavy rains are being experienced in: Apayao; Ilocos Norte (Pagudpud, Adams); Cagayan (Allacapan, Baggao, Ballesteros, Camalaniugan, Claveria, Gonzaga, Peñablanca, Rizal, Santa Ana, Santa Praxedes, Santa Teresita, Santo Niño); Isabela (Divilacan, Ilagan City, Maconacon, San Pablo, Palanan, Dinapigue); Aurora (Casiguran, Dilasag, Dinalungan).
These conditions may persist within 2–3 hours and may affect nearby areas.

Light to Moderate rains are expected over the rest of Ilocos Norte, Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, and portions of Kalinga, Abra, and Quirino within the next 2–3 hours.

The public and DRRM Offices are advised to stay alert and monitor conditions closely. Landslides, mudslides, rockslides, and flash floods are possible, especially in mountain slopes.

The has issued a Thunderstorm Watch for Tuguegarao and nearby areas at 10:00 AM, November 19, 2025. This advisory is valid from 10:00 AM today until 10:00 PM tonight. Thunderstorms are MORE likely to develop over Cagayan within the next 12 hours, which may bring heavy rain, lightning, and localized flooding.
