by disasters, crises, and challenging life circumstances. The initiative was originally established as a donation drive to gather financial help, relief goods, and essential supplies for communities severely affected by the devastating floods caused by Typhoon Ulysses. Through the generosity of volunteers, donors, and partners, the organization successfully delivered aid to families in need and continues to extend its services beyond disaster response. Guided by the Filipino value of bayanihan, OPLAN PANAGKAYKAYSA promotes unity, compassion, and volunteerism by bringing together individuals who are willing to share their time, resources, and efforts to uplift communities. The organization actively conducts relief operations, feeding programs, gift-giving activities, and outreach projects aimed at supporting children, families, and vulnerable sectors of society.
