Earlier today, DILG Region 2, led by RD Agnes De Leon and ARD Elpidio Durwin, signed a MOA with Gawad Kalinga as its TPM partner. Representing GK were Clipse Iriberri - GK Head of Operations, and Saii Peña - Area Team Leader for North Luzon.

This partnership affirms our commitment to transparency and people-centered governance, with 25 projects to be monitored in Isabela, while empowering youth, amplifying farmers’ and fisherfolks’ voices, and building stronger collaborations.
