Every day, we are faced with choices that ask for our โyes.โ But not every yes is the same. A worldly yes seeks to please people and meet human expectations, while a YES TO GOD is a surrender to His will, purpose, and calling.
Jesus calls us to deny ourselves, take up our cross daily, and follow Him. Saying yes to God means surrendering our own desires, ego, and need for control, choosing His will above our own. It is not about losing who we are, but allowing God to take His rightful place at the center of our lives.
A daily yes will not always lead to comfort or an easy path. Jesus Himself prayed, โNot what I will, but what You will.โ Our yes may cost us something, but it also leads us deeper into Godโs purpose and reminds us that we never walk through the journey alone.
Saying โYESโ to God isnโt a one-time choice. Itโs a daily commitment to follow Him.
