May nagsasabing ang kasaysayan ay nasa mga aklat. Ngunit marahil, mas totoo na ito’y nasa mga sugat. Nasa mga lupang dinilig ng dugo. Nasa mga lumang kampanang minsang tumawag sa isang bayang gigising. Nasa mga kupas na watawat na ilang ulit nang winagayway ng mga kamay na wala nang pagkakataong makita ang bunga ng kanilang pakikibaka.

𝗧𝗮𝘁𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗽𝘂’𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗮𝗼𝗻. Napakahabang panahon upang yumuko. Ngunit hindi sapat upang tuluyang mawalan ng pag-asa ang isang Pilipino. At kaya dumating ang araw na hindi na sila nanghingi ng kalayaan—ipinaglaban nila ito. Hindi ito nahulog mula sa langit. Hindi ito ipinagkaloob ng sinuman. Ito ay inagaw mula sa mga tanikalang matagal na bumihag sa ating pagkatao.

𝗞𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗔𝗡
Marahil, ang pinakamalaking trahedya ay hindi ang mawalan nito. Kundi ang makalimutang minsan na itong ipinaglaban. Kapag ang katotohanan ay nagiging mas tahimik kaysa kasinungalingan, kapag ang paglilingkod ay napapalitan ng pansariling kapakinabangan, at kapag ang dangal ng bayan ay ipinagpapalit sa pansamantalang kapangyarihan—unti-unti ring kumakalawang ang kahulugan ng ating kalayaan.

Hindi lahat ng tanikala ay bakal. May mga tanikalang gawa sa takot. Sa pananahimik. Sa kawalang-pakialam. Sa paniniwalang, “Hindi naman ako ang apektado.”

𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗕𝗨𝗞𝗔𝗦𝗔𝗡
Hindi ito dumarating na parang bukang-liwayway. Itinatayo ito, bato sa bato, ng mga mamamayang marunong magtanong, marunong makinig, at higit sa lahat, marunong manindigan. Ang kinabukasan ng Pilipinas ay hindi lamang nasa mga kamay ng mga halal na pinuno. Nasa mga gurong nagtuturo ng katotohanan. Nasa mga magsasakang patuloy na nagtatanim. Nasa mga manggagawang marangal na nagpapagal. Nasa mga kabataang tumatangging ipagpalit ang prinsipyo sa pansamantalang pakinabang. At nasa bawat Pilipinong hindi natutong pumikit sa harap ng kamalian.

𝗞𝗔𝗦𝗔𝗬𝗦𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗡
Hindi ito monumento. Hindi ito museo. Hindi ito lumang larawan na inaalikabukan sa paglipas ng panahon. Ito ay buhay. Humihinga. Nagbabantay. At paulit-ulit na nagtatanong sa bawat salinlahi: “Ano ang ginawa mo sa kalayaang ipinagkatiwala sa iyo?”

Sapagkat ang mga bayani ay hindi nag-alay ng kanilang buhay upang palitan lamang ang mukha ng nang-aapi. Hindi nila ipinaglaban ang ating watawat upang ito’y maging palamuti lamang sa bawat Hunyo. Hindi sila namatay upang matuto tayong yumuko nang mas tahimik.

Ang Pilipinas ay hindi mahirap na bansa. Ito ay bansang paulit-ulit na pinatutunayang mayaman sa tapang, sa talino, sa puso, at sa pag-asa. May mga dagat tayong hindi kayang ubusin ng alon. May mga bundok na hindi kayang igupo ng bagyo. At may mga Pilipinong, sa kabila ng lahat, ay patuloy na naniniwalang may bukas pang karapat-dapat ipaglaban.

Kaya ngayong Araw ng Kalayaan, huwag lamang nating itanong kung ano ang iniwan sa atin ng kasaysayan. Itanong din natin kung ano ang iiwan natin para rito. Sapagkat ang kalayaan ay hindi lamang alaala ng nakaraan. Ito ay panata sa kasalukuyan. At pananagutan sa kinabukasan.

The College of Teacher Education and the Campus Registrar's Office announce the incoming first-year students who have successfully completed the enrollment process and who are now 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝.

Incoming first-year students, please scan the QR code below to check if you are included on the list. Additionally, kindly note that your section as indicated in the file prevails over the section reflected on your E2E Portal.

Qualified applicants as posted on this page are advised to pre-enroll through the E2E Portal on or before 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. Failure to do so shall result in the forfeiture of their slot in the program they wish to be admitted in.

Qualified applicants whose portal still indicates "Pre-Enrolled" are encouraged to see the concerned department chair on 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 for assistance.

On the other hand, qualified applicants whose portal indicates "Advised" are assured that they will be officially enrolled in the next few days. The Registrar's Office is working on their enrollment.
