After the flooding brought by Typhoon Uwan, the Senior High Scouts of Cagayan National High School, in collaboration with the Barangay of Cataggaman Nuevo, conducted a coastal clean-up drive along Cataggaman Boulevard on November 15, 2025. With unity and bayanihan spirit, we worked hand in hand to restore cleanliness and bring hope back to our community.

This effort reminds us that even after the storm, we can rise together. It proves that service, care, and responsibility shine brightest when shared. 💙🌱

𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒋𝒆𝒄𝒕 𝑷𝒂𝒈𝒌𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒂: reminded us of what it truly means to be a Scout—to be prepared, to lead with compassion, and lastly to serve others. In every bowl we shared, the Scout spirit of bayanihan, service, and love came alive, proving that no storm can put out the light of kindness.

Yesterday, we reached out to evacuees affected by Typhoon Uwan through our feeding program. On November 11, we started at Atulayan Sur Elementary School, serving evacuees from different barangays, then continued at Linao Elementary School. The following day, November 12, we returned to Linao, and later extended our mission to Balzain East Elementary School and Tuguegarao Northeast Central School. This project was more than just sharing meals. It was about sharing hope, care, and bayanihan spirit with our community.

We are grateful to everyone who supported and joined us in making this mission possible. Together, we proved that even in the aftermath of storms, compassion can shine the brightest.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Institution Head, Ma'am 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙘𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙗𝙗𝙖𝙙, whose guidance and support made Project Pagkalinga: Uwan Feeding Mission possible. Your encouragement inspired us to carry out this initiative with dedication and compassion.

We also sincerely thank our Council Scout Executive, sir 𝘼𝙡𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙤 𝙅𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙚𝙧 𝙅𝙧. for the leadership and motivation that strengthened our commitment to serve the community during this time of need.

To our generous donor, 𝙎𝙮𝙚𝙨𝙝𝙖 𝙎𝙖𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙣𝙜 and her Family, we are deeply grateful for your contribution through your kindness we successfully initiated a feeding program for those affected by Typhoon Uwan. Also our very supportive fellow scouts of Cagayan National High School - Senior High that voluntarily donated resources necessary to sustain our feeding program and bring comfort to the evacuees. Lastly, we acknowledge the teachers who came to support us ma’am 𝙋𝙖𝙯 and sir 𝙅𝙤𝙚𝙡 thank you so much for your unwavering support for our Tuguegaraoeuños. "Senior Scouts Aljeo Cabasag and Sam Gumiran made an impressive mark as the youngest presenters and top finalists at the National PMS Convention held at Novotel, Quezon City, Manila.

Their innovative project, Agila, which focuses on the technological advancements in search and rescue operations, stood out for its ingenuity and practicality. The journey to the convention was not without its challenges, as the two young Scouts faced numerous obstacles during their travels. Despite these hardships, including long hours of travel and unforeseen setbacks, their dedication and perseverance shone through

Their remarkable achievement underscores not only the spirit of adventure but also the commitment of Scouts to pioneering scientific solutions, proving that Scouts are not only explorers but also innovators in fields such as technology and rescue operations."

The Senior Scouts of Cagayan National High School actively participated in the distribution of food packs generously donated by the Bohol Council, BSP, under the leadership of Sir Hermes Angoy. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Council Scout Executive, Sir Alfredo Javier Jr., for his initiative in ensuring the timely distribution of these goods. A total of 100 learners affected by the recent typhoon, representing 10 elementary schools from the Aparri East and Aparri West Districts, were identified as recipients of this aid.
