NLRYCC Meeting

The finalization of the Vision and Mission of the Northern Luzon Regional Youth Coordinating Council (NLRYCC) was successfully conducted, facilitated by Rev. Fr. Ferdinand T. Maguigad of the Archdiocese of Tuguegarao. The meeting was graced by the presence of the Bishop-in-Charge of the Region, Most Rev. Ricardo L. Baccay, D.D.

Through prayerful discernment, collaboration, and the shared commitment of the youth leaders from the different ecclesiastical territories of Northern Luzon, the Vision and Mission of the Northern Luzon Youth were finally affirmed — serving as a guiding light and pastoral direction for the youth ministry in the region.

This milestone marks a renewed commitment to journey together as one Northern Luzon Youth, united in faith, service, and hope for the Church and the young people we serve.
