𝗖𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆: 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁. 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆. 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻.

The Institute of Civil Engineering of St. Paul University Philippines celebrated its 1st CE Night on September 19, 2026, bringing together the BS Civil Engineering community in an evening of creativity, talent, confidence, and camaraderie.

The event highlighted the students’ creativity through the Creative Attire Competition, their musical talent through the Vocal Competitions, and their beauty, confidence, and wit during the much-awaited Mr. and Ms. ICE 2026.

More than a celebration, CE Night marked another milestone for the Institute, strengthening the spirit of unity and belonging among future Paulinian civil engineers.

𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗱𝘀 “𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁” 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆

St. Paul University Philippines - Institute of Civil Engineering (ICE) held “Beyond the Blueprint,” a Student Internship Program Culminating Activity, on September 2, 2026, at the Global Center. The event brought together BS Civil Engineering students who successfully completed their internships in the National Capital Region and in various regional offices in Region 02.

Engr. Arnold Dupit, President of ARSD Construction, emphasized the importance of integrity and quality in engineering practice, reminding students that their work ultimately serves communities and contributes to public welfare.

Mr. Dante Bautista, TYLin Philippines' Country Director, emphasized competitiveness in civil engineering. He praised SPUP for offering regional internship opportunities and affirmed that provincial students can compete with Metro Manila peers.

During the activity, student interns shared their experiences, insights, and reflections with faculty and fellow students. Freshman BSCE students also attended, gaining an early glimpse of future civil engineering opportunities.

Through Beyond the Blueprint, ICE highlighted internships as a bridge from academic learning to professional practice, preparing Paulinian civil engineering students to serve with competence, integrity, and purpose.
