A meaningful and successful Socio-Civic Activity was conducted by the NORTHERN SIERRA MADRE GOLDEN EAGLES CLUB - NLRIV under the leadership of Club President Kuya Rey C. Lopez, together with the active participation of club officers and members. This initiative aimed to extend support and bring joy to the Aeta families residing in the said barangay.
Through collective effort and a shared commitment to service, the club was able to provide assistance and strengthen its connection with the community. The smiles and gratitude of the beneficiaries truly made the activity worthwhile and fulfilling.
Following the outreach activity, the club conducted its General Membership Meeting (GMM) where important matters were discussed, including upcoming club and regional activities. The meeting also highlighted the presentation of three new applicants who expressed their willingness to be part of the organization and its mission and objevtive.
This day reflects the club’s dedication not only to service but also to growth, unity, and continuous development.

Deo et Patria! Northern Luzon Region IV Soaring for Service

Barangay Agaman Sur, Baggao – September 26, 2025

The Northern Sierra Madre Golden Eagles Club (NSMGEC), led by Club President Kuya Rey C. Lopez, collaborated with fellow clubs of Northern Luzon Region IV, under the leadership of Regional Governor Kuya BGEN Rhenante Salvador, in a joint service initiative.

In partnership with the Local Government Unit of Baggao, headed by Mayor Kuya Leonard Pattung, and the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 2 (RMFB2), led by Kuya Christian Paul B. Lopez, the mission benefited nearly 500 residents of Barangay Agaman Sur.

The outreach program provided:

- Free medical consultations
- Circumcision services
- Haircut services
- Distribution of medicines, school supplies, and food packs
- A community feeding program

This initiative reflects Northern Luzon Region IV's unwavering commitment to brotherhood, unity, and service, reaffirming its mission to uplift and support communities across the region.

Northern Sierra Madre Golden Eagles Club – NLR IV led by our dedicated Club President and Regional Vice Governor, Kuya Rey C. Lopez, together with the committed members and fellow clubs of Northern Luzon Region IV under the strong leadership of Kuya Rhenante Salvador, Regional Governor, we actively took part in a medical mission and joint community service held in Barangay Ugac Sur, Tuguegarao City. This endeavor was not just about providing medical assistance it was about bringing hope, compassion, and genuine service to those who need it most. Through free consultations, basic check-ups, and essential aid, we sought to extend the hand of the Eagle in the spirit of service through unity. Northern Luzon Region IV was truly honored to be among the hosts of this noble undertaking, working hand in hand with various clubs and volunteers to make the day a success. We were graced by the inspiring presence of our National President, Eagle Kuya Ronald Delos Santos, along with other esteemed National Officers. Their constant guidance and unwavering commitment to community service serve as a powerful reminder that the strength of the Eagle lies in its compassion for others. With great pride and overflowing gratitude, we celebrate the most awaited promotion of KUYA RHENANTE M. SALVADOR to the rank of Brigadier General (BGen) and his appointment as the 503rd Brigade Commander.

This is not just a milestone in his military career, but a true testimony of perseverance, faith, and divine favor.

"The Fraternal Order of Eagles – Philippine Eagles, Inc (TFOE-PE, Inc) continues its steadfast commitment to uplifting marginalized communities. On February 9, 2025 the Northern Sierra Madre Golden Eagles Club (NSMGEC), guided by the leadership of Kuya Rey C. Lopez, Regional Vice Governor (NLR IV)/Club President under Northern Luzon Region IV thru the leadership of Kuya Rhenante M Salvador, Regional Governor organized a vital feeding program activity for the Aeta community in Barangay Sicalao, Lasam, Cagayan.

This compassionate initiative, executed by NSMGEC officers, members, and applicants, embodies the core values of the Philippine Eagles: "Service Through Strong Brotherhood." The Fraternal Order of Eagles – Philippine Eagles, Inc. (TFOE-PE, Inc.), a brotherhood dedicated to "Service Through Strong Brotherhood," demonstrated its unwavering commitment to environmental stewardship and community service on February 9, 2025 under the banner of the Northern Sierra Madre Golden Eagles Club (NSMGEC), a vibrant chapter of Northern Luzon Region IV (NLRIV), a significant tree-planting initiative took place at Eco Park, Barangay Cataliganan, Lasam, Cagayan.

The event commenced at approximately 8:30 AM with a substantial turnout of NSMGEC officers, members, and applicants. Their collective effort focused on planting a variety of fruit-bearing trees in astrategic choice designed to address two critical needs simultaneously: reforestation and enhanced food security for the local community. This thoughtful approach extends beyond mere environmental conservation; it directly contributes to the sustainable development of the town of Lasam, Cagayan.
