2. Essay Writing
Applicants must submit an original essay with a minimum of 350 words based on the official theme:
"Empowering Voices, Celebrating Diversity, Inspiring Change." The essay should reflect personal experiences, advocacy, leadership journey, community involvement, and vision in promoting inclusivity, equality, and positive social change.

3. Recent Photo
One (1) recent formal or advocacy-related photograph for official publication and recognition purposes.

4. Completed Application Form
The official nomination/application form will be provided by the organizers and must be fully accomplished and submitted within the submission period.

Held at Robinsons Place Tuguegarao, the activity united volunteers, donors, partners, and advocates with one mission: to save lives through the gift of blood donation.
