•Para sa Correction of Entries, palihug dalha ang Birth Certificate ug usa ka kopya niini.

•Para sa buot magpa-reactivate o transfer, palihug pagdala ug bisan unsa nga government-issued ID ug usa ka kopya niini.

Note: Ang SK Voters nga nakaparehistro na, dili na kinahanglan magparehistro ug balik para mahimo nga regular voters.
