These words are easy to read, but much harder to truly understandโuntil you experience them. Because real strength is not seen in what one person can achieve alone, but in how people choose to stand beside each other, even when things become difficult.
This year, being recognized as the ๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐/๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ง๐ข๐ณ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง is something we will always carry with prideโbut more than that, with understanding. Because behind that title are stories that no certificate could ever fully hold.
There were days when everything felt heavyโwhen plans fell apart, when time seemed too short, when responsibilities piled up all at once. There were moments when we questioned ourselves, when exhaustion crept in, and when giving up felt easier than continuing. But we didnโt stop. We kept showing up.
